- Important Notice: Correspondent and/or intermediary fees may apply in certain countries and will be deducted at the receiving end.
- By signing the receipt, the customer confirms the accuracy, authenticity, and legality of the transaction details and accepts full responsibility. Salim Exchange will process the remittance transaction’s immediately; however, actual delivery may be affected by factors beyond our control.
- In case of cancellation, transfers, or any other unpaid remittance transaction, the refund will be processed at the prevailing market buying rate or the original transaction rate, whichever is lower. The refund will exclude sending charges, deductions by the beneficiary bank, cancellation fees, and any other incurred expenses.
- Salim Exchange reserves the right to engage intermediary banks and financial institutions in any country of its choice for executing transactions.
- Customer information will remain confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties unless required by applicable laws or regulations within or outside the region.
- Salim Exchange will only communicate with customers through its official channels. Customers should never share passwords, login credentials, OTPs, or any authentication details with third parties, as this may lead to fraud.
- By agreeing to these terms and conditions, the customer confirms that Salim Exchange’s services will not be used for any prohibited or illegal activities.
- Salim Exchange reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at its sole discretion.
- Any changes to the terms and conditions of products or services, including adjustments to service charges or fees, will be communicated at least 60 calendar days in advance via an update on our website.
- By using our products and services, the customer agrees to waive the cooling-off period (if available) for immediate transaction commitment.
- Salim Exchange shall not be held responsible if a customer shares their personal details, password, or personal identification number (PIN) with any party in any form, leading to unauthorized access and potential financial loss.
- The customer acknowledges and agrees to the features, pricing, benefits, risks, fees, and consumer rights & obligations as outlined in the Key Fact Statement and General Terms & Conditions. The provision of any services remains at the sole discretion of Salim Exchange and is subject to all applicable terms and conditions, which may be updated periodically.
