By signing the receipt, the customer confirms the accuracy, authenticity, and legality of the transaction details and accepts full responsibility. Salim Exchange will process the remittance transaction’s immediately; however, actual delivery may be affected by factors beyond our control.
In case of cancellation, transfers, or any other unpaid remittance transaction, the refund will be processed at the prevailing market buying rate or the original transaction rate, whichever is lower. The refund will exclude sending charges, deductions by the beneficiary bank, cancellation fees, and any other incurred expenses.
Salim Exchange reserves the right to engage intermediary banks and financial institutions in any country of its choice for executing transactions.
